Starting from selected minced meat, we prepare our meatballs, such as “Meatball” with beef, “Becca Pig” based on pork, or the light “Tricolore”, with chicken.
Dedicated to those who prefer more refined flavors, among our “fish balls” stand out the “Baccalà” with cod and the “Omega” based on salmon and zucchini.
The demonstration that the “meatball” can also be really light and healthy, such as the “Viola” with eggplant and mint, the sahara with cous cous and vegetables, or the “Millet” with millet and broccoli.
Do you prefer to avoid the consumption of products related to breeding? “Fiore” and “Veggy” are the “meatballs” for you! Without meat, dairy and eggs, but with a unique taste!
If you are one of those who cannot give up the dessert at the end of the dinner, with us you do not risk going off topic, even the dessert is spherical! try the “Meringhette” or “Tiramisù” “meatballs”!
Our proposal for the summer, each salad is tailor-made for the meatball with which we are going to combine it, from the most substantial with “Tartare”, rocket, peppers, capers and onion, to the lightest: “Sahara”, valerian, cherry tomatoes, carrots and zucchini.
